Privacy Policy

How Knoveya handles data on its website.

Private by default

Account and product usage data is not public.

Only what is needed

We process data required to operate our products.

You stay in control

You can request access to or deletion of your data.

This policy applies to the Knoveya website at knoveya.com.

Data we collect

We may store account information required for Google sign-in, product configuration, usage and quota records, billing status, support messages, feedback, and essential security logs.

Website analytics

Knoveya uses Google Analytics on its website. We measure visits and predefined interactions such as scroll depth, product or contact clicks, demo interactions where enabled, form outcomes, and checkout intent. Analytics events do not include form values, captions, extension data, credentials, or payment details.

Payments and providers

Payments are handled by our payment provider. Infrastructure, authentication, email, storage, transcription, and AI providers process limited data on our behalf to deliver the service.

Email

We use your account email for authentication-related and product service messages. You can contact support if you no longer want non-essential communication.

Retention and retired services

We retain active-product data only as long as reasonably needed. Historical data from retired services may remain temporarily while its safe deletion is completed; it is no longer exposed through product endpoints.

Security

We use secure sessions, authorization controls, and restricted storage access. No internet service is completely secure, so keep your device and Google account protected.

Your requests

For access, correction, or deletion requests, email support@knoveya.com. We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, or law.

Changes

Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
